Created by artist Kosso Eloul in 1973. Many people have debated what the meaning of the sculpture is, but many choose to believe that it represents the passage of time. This was the first of the three sculptures, that were created in celebration of Kingston’s 300th birthday. Photo by Danielle Lennon, 2008.
